Character Profile: Professor Jeff Phillips
Background: JEFF is the most senior officer in the operation. JEFF is the current expert on MindMerge at the base and represents the unseen organisations that support Team M.O.B.I.L.E.. He wears a civilian suit and has a seasoned appearance.
Jeff takes no prisoners: he manages senior officers and is responsible for the whole organsation, and no one individual is more important than the body as a whole.
